People don't speak freely about the HOA that can fine them. Fenceline is built so they can. All it takes to post is an anonymous email account, and we don't ask who you are or where you live. Your name, your address, and your unit won't be shown anywhere on the platform, and we're not in the business of handing your identity to the HOA. You have every right to say what living under your own HOA is actually like, and if lurking is more your thing, you can read all our posts without making an account.
Real reviews, kept honest
A review is only worth reading if it's real. Each resident gets one review per HOA. The fakes we watch for are the glowing five-star reviews that sound like the HOA wrote them, and they'll be taken down. See something off? Report it, and a real person will investigate. And we don't pull reviews just for being critical of an HOA. In fact, that's exactly the kind of honesty we want to see.
