Just since when did we decide that it’s a good idea to put some people in charge to yell at us for doing what we want in our house. Why do I have to ask “permission” for mini solar lights along MY driveway, tent in MY backyard?

Everyone complaining about their boards makes me laugh. My sister lived in a neighborhood with no HOA down in Florida and someone kept a rooster in their backyard. So it goes both ways!

To whoever was asking about Duluth, I'm near there! And to the post warning about the board pres, you are 100% right. Ours is currently driving around our subdivision with a literal ruler measuring grass height. Absolute nightmare.

Our board is voting on switching to a new third-party management company next month. For anyone who has dealt with these big corporate management groups, are they all terrible or are some actually decent?

Got a $50 fine today because my trash can was visible at 6pm on pickup day... sick 😡 It was TWO HOURS after the truck came.
